Questions people ask before paying a dollar
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Pick a different tier in Settings and Stripe shows the prorated amount before anything changes. Downgrades keep your newest alerts and drop the oldest.
- What happens when I hit my alert limit?
- The add button stops working and we tell you which tier has room. Nothing is deleted behind your back.
- Is there a free trial?
- The job board is free forever, no trial needed. Campus codes come with a 90-day trial of the Student plan.
- How do I cancel?
- From Settings, through the Stripe billing portal, in about four clicks. No retention call, no survey.
