Clinical Program Manager

Overview

Home Base is a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital program dedicated to healing the invisible wounds of Veterans of all eras, Service Members, Military Families, and Families of the Fallen. These wounds include post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, anxiety, depression, co-occurring substance use disorder, family relationship challenges, and other issues associated with Military service. Home Base provides world-class clinical care, wellness, education, and research.

Mass General Brigham is a not-for-profit organization supporting patient care, research, teaching, and community service. This role is part of the Home Base Florida program and candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to the Southwest Florida area.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing all aspects of a program and corresponding projects. Implements initiatives that support alignment with organizational goals and strategic planning. Leads communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Develops the program schedule, budget, and various program and project plan details. Analyzes data, prepares reports, and provides regular updates to program leadership. Identifies and escalates issues and risks and recommends solutions. Leads and provides guidance and support to other administrative team members.

Essential Functions

• Leads program and project teams and coordinates and delegates cross-project initiatives.
• Conducts research, manages and analyzes data in systems, and develops reports and presentations to support programs.
• Identifies potential risks, issues, and challenges associated with programs and develops mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Monitors program progress and proactively addresses deviations from plans, timelines, or budgets.
• Manages the program budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 2 to 3 years of program management experience required.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and delegate tasks, manage timelines, and drive results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with medical professionals, faculty, and staff at all levels.

• Location: Southwest Florida area (remote)
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Day shift
• Employee Type: Regular
• Pay Range: $63,648.00 to $92,570.40 annually
