Role Summary

The Associate Project Manager is a remote-based, entry-level role within the Baxter Connected Care Group PMO. This position is pivotal within the healthcare software industry and is responsible for the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of customer-awarded projects according to Baxter Standards. Project managers lead all aspects of the client project engagement from sales handoff through transition to ongoing support. Success is partially measured by speed of project completion, with a focus on smaller, fast-paced projects.

This role requires working in the Pacific (PT) Time Zone. Candidates must reside on the West Coast or be able to commit to working PT hours.

Responsibilities

• •Provide strong and proactive project leadership
• •Act with autonomy as the primary point of contact for all client project related needs
• •Develop and distribute project plans detailing resource engagement and product delivery timelines
• •Host remote and in-person recurring meetings, providing agendas and meeting minutes
• •Build internal and external customer relationships and manage expectations
• •Accurately forecast project completion and revenue delivery
• •Develop applicable product expertise
• •Continuously reassess and prioritize defined sequence tasks through individual effort and coordination of the work of others
• •Manage key activities including project planning, resource prioritization, project risk assessment and mitigation, revenue forecasting, customer communication, and internal partner management

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, business, or related field
• •2+ years of professional, customer-facing work experience
• •Experience using MS Dynamics, Kanata, and/or Power BI is preferred
• •Comfortable working and learning in an IT-focused environment with complex products and requirements
• •Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
• •Travel: 10-20% depending on geographic location

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000 to $121,000 annually. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
