Viz.ai is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Demand Generation team. This is a fully remote position based in the United States.
Compensation
- •Base Salary: $107,100 – $140,000

Role Summary
The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing technology, processes, and data to support demand generation and broader marketing initiatives. This role sits within the Demand Generation department and plays a critical part in enabling marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- •Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack to support campaign execution and reporting
- •Oversee marketing automation platforms and ensure proper integration with CRM systems
- •Build, maintain, and optimize lead management processes including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows
- •Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reporting to track KPIs
- •Partner with Demand Generation, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to align on pipeline goals and data integrity
- •Manage database hygiene, segmentation, and compliance with data privacy regulations
- •Support campaign operations including list management, email deployment, and program setup
- •Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and implement scalable solutions
- •Evaluate and manage relationships with marketing technology vendors
Requirements
- •Experience in marketing operations or a related field
- •Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot
- •Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- •Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing reporting and data analysis
- •Understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, and funnel metrics
- •Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, revenue operations, and marketing teams
- •Experience with data management, segmentation, and database hygiene
- •Familiarity with B2B demand generation strategies and campaign operations
