Role
The LCS Global Proposal Project Manager serves as Product Owner for the Estim8 proposal estimation tool and leads global proposal program management initiatives. This role bridges client-facing coordination, tool ownership, and continuous improvement across a global organization.
What You Will Do
- •Act as Product Owner for the Estim8 tool, including defining the future state vision, qualifying and prioritizing change requests and bugs, and directing the IT support team
- •Support client-team facing activities such as coordination with client teams, gathering feedback and KPI metrics, roadmap and future state planning, delivering training, and maintaining the document repository
- •Provide ad hoc support for related initiatives or technology changes driven by other teams that impact LCS Proposal processes or ecosystem (portfolio planning, ARR software portal, new service introductions, etc.)
- •Coordinate with a global team of Proposal Subject Matter Experts and End Users to validate Voice of the Customer feedback related to global proposal tools
- •Lead improvement and productivity (Lean) projects and initiatives for global proposal program management
- •Coordinate and partner with the Global Proposal Support Team (GEC) for testing of tools and support of users
- •Establish oneself as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Global Proposal Tools and relevant processes

Basic Qualifications
- •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering, Industrial Management, IT, or a related technology area
- •Ability to travel up to 10%, including internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- •3+ years of experience in Proposal Process management and/or delivery for Professional Services and combined solutions (product and services)
- •Knowledge and experience with CRM systems for CPQ and Estimation (Salesforce, etc.)
- •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- •Experience supporting a global organization
- •Experience and exposure to values and principles of lean-agile development
- •Leading Change training and proven experience leading change management initiatives
- •Lean and/or Six Sigma training and experience
Work Policy
Rockwell Automation's hybrid policy requires employees to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
