Who We Are

At Bishop-McCann (BMC), we create experiences that move people. As a global event and experience agency, we partner with clients to design and deliver meaningful moments that connect, inspire, and drive impact.

Behind every experience is a team that values collaboration, innovation, and accountability. We believe our people are at the center of everything we do, and we are committed to building an environment where individuals can grow, contribute, and make a meaningful difference.

Core Values

• •Curiosity: We go beyond conventional boundaries to deliver creative solutions and are always asking, listening, and learning.
• •Collaboration: We believe teamwork drives greater results than that of an individual.
• •Impact: We aspire to defy expectations and deliver the highest standards in the industry.
• •Inclusion: We create an environment where every voice is valued, every perspective is welcomed, and everyone has a seat and a say at the table.

Who You Are

You are a hands-on designer with exceptional craft, strong conceptual thinking, and the confidence to own the work while making the people and ideas around you better. You can start with a strategy or creative brief, find the visual idea inside it, and build event identities and design systems with enough depth to live across stage, screen, environment, presentation, invitation, app, wayfinding, evening events, and activations.

You understand the why behind the work and consider the full attendee journey, not just the asset list. Creative Directors trust you with important work, producers know you will consider how something gets made, and account teams know you can hear the client behind the feedback and work within budgets. You present ideas with clarity and confidence, and you stay curious about AI, motion, technology, and emerging creative tools.
