Overview
Booz Allen is seeking a Senior Agile Program Manager to support Department of Defense contracts, with a focus on Space Force programs. In this role, you will work closely with DoD clients to aid in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives, manage agile software pathway programs, and lead a team of experts as a liaison to the Government client.
Responsibilities
- •Lead and manage technical projects including performance, cost, schedule, and risk
- •Orchestrate the development, coordination, and closure of acquisition and contract documentation in accordance with established timelines and quality standards
- •Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and obtain consensus on acquisition support
- •Prepare Request for Proposals and lead proposal evaluations
- •Identify, analyze, and propose program risks, issues, and opportunities and manage handling plans
- •Support DoD Major Defense Acquisition Programs for Space systems, including ground systems software and hardware
- •Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- •5+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations
- •5+ years of experience with DoD Major Defense Acquisition Programs for Space systems, including ground systems software and hardware
- •4+ years of experience in program management, making decisions or recommendations for cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs
- •Experience preparing Request for Proposals and leading proposal evaluations
- •Experience identifying, analyzing, and proposing program risks, issues, and opportunities and managing handling plans
- •Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- •Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in cross-functional and professional environments
- •Active Secret clearance
- •Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- •Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework, including Software Acquisition Pathways
- •Experience with Other Transaction Authority agreements
- •Experience working with DoD space, SATCOM, or satellite ground systems
- •Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Top Secret clearance
- •Master's degree
Compensation and Benefits
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600 to $176,000 annually. Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in benefit programs.
Work Model
This position may be remote, hybrid, or onsite depending on assignment. Employees working virtually are generally expected to have cameras on during meetings. There may be occasions when in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility is required.
