The Associate Creative Director, Digital Design will shape the creative and digital direction of the company, leading the development of high-impact digital experiences, marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and product communications.

- •Own and evolve a tokenized digital web design system in Figma, maintaining alignment between design components and the underlying codebase while ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability for designers and AI-assisted tools.
- •Prototype and build digital experiences using AI-assisted design and development tools, moving efficiently from initial concepts toward near-production-ready experiences and reducing reliance on traditional design-to-engineering handoffs.
- •Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, UX, and other cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual narratives that support brand strategy, customer needs, business objectives, and growth.
- •Bring an e-commerce and product-led-growth mindset to digital experiences, helping optimize web environments that operate as strategic, revenue-generating products rather than traditional marketing sites.
- •Manage, mentor, and develop a team of digital designers, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, career support, and creative leadership while fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- •Oversee the creative production process from ideation through final delivery, ensuring projects meet quality standards, deadlines, budgets, and strategic objectives.
- •Contribute to brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across digital and creative outputs while maintaining an evocative and distinctive brand presence.
- •Stay current with emerging design practices, technologies, AI-powered tools, motion techniques, and digital trends, incorporating relevant innovations into the creative workflow.
- •Partner with UX teams to ensure user insights are effectively translated into intuitive, engaging, and high-impact digital experiences.
- •Analyze creative performance across digital channels using analytics, heatmaps, A/B testing, and other relevant data to improve engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
- •Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing creative team while championing customer focus, long-term thinking, growth, inclusion, and teamwork.

- •Practical experience working with componentized or tokenized design systems in Figma, ideally with systems connected directly to a live codebase.
- •Strong understanding of brand strategy, UX/UI principles, digital marketing, and the creation of compelling digital experiences.
- •Familiarity with digital performance tools and methodologies such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing, with the ability to use data to optimize creative output.
- •Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling effective collaboration with developers and a practical understanding of web-based technical requirements.
- •Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality creative work under demanding timelines.
- •Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and influencing skills.
- •Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, hiring, and team development.
- •Portfolio demonstrating a broad range of high-quality creative work, including B2B marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and branding initiatives.
- •Experience with e-commerce or product-led-growth environments is highly desirable.
- •Experience structuring design systems for AI or MCP-based tooling, or connecting design systems directly to production code, is a strong plus.
- •Additional expertise in motion design using After Effects or Premiere Pro and 3D design using Cinema 4D or Blender is desirable.
