Overview
The Human Resources Specialist III provides human resource services in one or more of the following functions: employee relations, compensation, talent management, benefits, payroll, staff development and training, organizational development, and recruiting, with a high level of expertise in area(s) of specialization. This role is responsible for administering and maintaining HR systems, programs, procedures, and plans according to HR policies and will aid all levels of personnel on various HR data related issues and requests.
What You'll Do
- •Administer and maintain HR systems, programs, procedures, and plans
- •Respond to HR related questions, problems, and data information requests from employees and management
- •Coordinate and lead HR projects
- •Manage databases and spreadsheets, construct and produce reports, and perform data input, manipulation, and analysis
- •Support HR functions including recruiting, talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, and staff development
Required Qualifications
- •Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources work experience in area(s) of specialization, or equivalent combination
- •Experience coordinating and leading projects
- •Experience responding to HR related questions, problems, and data information requests from employees and management
- •Experience with database management and spreadsheet software, constructing and producing reports, and data input, manipulation, and analysis
- •Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- •Experience working with integrated Human Resources Management Systems

- •Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience
- •Supervisory skills
- •Advanced understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services
- •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- •Fluency in foreign language(s) to support global operations
- •Ability to travel within the United States and internationally
- •Proven ability to work in a fast paced, stressful, and highly visible environment
Compensation and Benefits
- •Starting pay range: $93,245 - $113,900 (USA candidates only; actual pay based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience)
