Feature 01 · 72-Hour Fresh Jobs

Every listing on Posted is younger than three days.

Most job boards are museums. We pull roles directly from employer career pages and delete them 72 hours later, so what you see is open, recent, and not already buried under four hundred applicants.

How it works

01Pulled from the source

Listings come from employer career sites, not aggregator feeds that have been recycled six times. A role appears once, with its own apply link.

02Gone in 72 hours

Every card carries a countdown. When it hits zero the role leaves the board, whether or not the employer got around to closing it.

03Filtered, not flooded

City, remote, salary, and category filters. Match chips show how many of a role's requirements you already meet before you open it.

What the 72-hour rule buys you

The hiring machine likes a full pipeline. You like a reply. Those are different goals, and the clock is on your side.

  • You apply while the recruiter is still reading the inbox, not after the shortlist is drawn.
  • No ghost listings kept alive for pipeline optics. If it expired, it's gone.
  • A daily check that takes five minutes, because there's nothing old to scroll past.
