Inspire Brands is seeking a Product Manager for On-Premise Digital Guest Experience to drive product strategy and innovation across their restaurant portfolio. This role involves identifying high-value opportunities in the guest journey, leading end-to-end product lifecycle management, designing cohesive physical-digital experiences, building cross-functional alignment, and measuring product value. The position requires 7+ years of product management experience, a bachelor's degree, and deep expertise in customer-facing digital products and omnichannel journeys. This is a 4-day on-site role (Monday-Thursday).

This Product Manager will help shape the future of the on-premise guest experience at Inspire Brands by turning guest and team-member insights, operational needs, market trends, emerging technology, and business priorities into intuitive experiences that drive growth, convenience, and measurable impact. Working across a distinctive portfolio of leading restaurant brands, they will define product strategy and bring bold ideas to life across digital and physical restaurant touchpoints.
This role sits at the intersection of guest experience, restaurant operations, business strategy, data, and technology. They will lead product initiatives from opportunity identification and discovery through delivery, pilot validation, scale, and continuous improvement. They will partner with engineering, design, analytics, data product, operations, marketing, technology operations, restaurant teams, franchisee stakeholders, and external partners to solve complex problems and deliver scalable capabilities that work in real restaurant environments.

Build alignment across brands and enterprise functions, partnering with Design, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Technology Operations, PMO, restaurant teams, franchisee stakeholders, and external partners to resolve dependencies and deliver scalable solutions.
Measure product value and enable successful adoption
by defining KPIs and guardrails, establishing experimentation and pilot plans, monitoring post-launch performance, and partnering on training, change management, support readiness, and stakeholder communication.
Operates under general direction and is expected to independently make day-to-day product decisions within the approved strategy and roadmap. Recommends product priorities, scope tradeoffs, pilot approaches, and investment decisions using guest, business, operational, and technical evidence. Seeks support with decisions having material financial, architectural, brand, legal, security, or operational impact.
