As a Product Leader at Desjardins Group, your role is to design, implement and manage a line of high-performing products that meet the needs of members and clients. You are responsible for developing, pricing, improving, implementing and promoting the products offered, based on the needs of members, clients and distribution networks, and in line with market trends and Desjardins Group's target position.
You lead and influence specialists and different stakeholders with respect to development projects and complex strategic initiatives of a cross-sector and highly innovative nature. You make recommendations on the development and execution of strategic initiatives with a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity, and develop and recommend business directions and positions for the products you are responsible for.
