The Role

We are seeking an ambitious, technically grounded Junior Product Manager to join our Product Management Team. Bridging the gap between engineering capabilities and real-world customer missions, this is not a pure product management role; it requires a technical understanding of electronic and RF/communication systems.

You will work closely with a Senior Product Manager to help drive the lifecycle of our electronic hardware, RF sensor platforms (RFeye Nodes), and embedded system architectures. You will use our products and tools to run simulations, compile data, explore ideas, and present findings, as well as supporting product improvement activities and helping to solve customer needs.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Graduate Electronics/Systems Engineer or a Junior Systems/Product Specialist with 1-2+ years of industry experience looking to start or develop their career in technical product management within a dynamic, fast-paced technology business.

Key Responsibilities

• •Simulations, Testing and Prototyping: Get hands-on with wireless and signal processing product developments. Run simulations, test new hardware, compile data, and explore product concepts to understand system capabilities and limitations.
• •Product Evolution and Lifecycle Support: Assist in driving the technical roadmap for RFeye hardware, sensor platforms, and embedded architectures from concept to deployment and end-of-life. Contribute to activities to ensure that RFeye products meet customer requirements.
• •Problem Solving: In conjunction with senior product managers, provide support to the sales and business development teams, exploring system configurations and features to meet customer needs.
• •Market and Customer Insight: Research competitor products, analyse emerging technologies across RF sensing and Electronic Warfare, and compile market and Voice of Customer (VoC) insights.
• •Hands-on Engineering: Be hands-on with wireless and signal processing product developments to understand their capabilities and limitations, with a view to ensuring they are the best they can be.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• •Degree in Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or a closely related technical field.
• •A keen Graduate with good grades and a strong electronics/radio systems project background, OR 1-2+ years of technical experience in RF, telecommunications, defense, or aerospace.
• •Understanding of fundamental electronic system architectures, basic RF principles (e.g., frequency bands, signal propagation, dynamic range, noise floor, antennas), and embedded systems.
• •Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, with an eye for trade-offs between cost, time-to-market, SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power), and performance.
• •Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with colleagues and clients on product requirements and specifications.

Desirable Skills

• •Hands-on experience with RF hardware, radio spectrum analyzers, software-defined radios, or wireless communication systems.
• •Exposure to defense electronics, SIGINT/COMINT, or spectrum monitoring sectors.
• •Understanding of deployable equipment use within a harsh or military environment.
• •Experience sourcing, compiling, and analyzing market, voice of customer, and competitor information.
• •Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.
