Role Overview
As a Senior UX Researcher, you join a multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Tech, and Business teams as well as various internal stakeholders. Your role is to develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points in order to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
As a key reference on User Research topics, you support teams in defining their research questions, choosing appropriate methodologies, and transforming user insights into concrete recommendations.
Responsibilities
Research Strategy and Scoping
- •Identify and formalize user problems and business challenges requiring a research approach
- •Challenge team requests to define the right research questions
- •Build research plans and define the most relevant methodologies based on objectives, constraints, and target populations
- •Define protocols, samples, recruitment criteria, and data collection methods
- •Contribute to structuring and enriching the overall UX strategy
Conducting User Studies
- •Design and lead qualitative and quantitative studies end to end
- •Prepare and facilitate user interviews, usability tests, focus groups, questionnaires, and other research methods in English
- •Organize and supervise recruitment, data collection, and analysis phases
- •Set up tests on prototypes, user journeys, or existing products to identify barriers, needs, and improvement opportunities
- •Cross-reference quantitative and qualitative data to surface relevant and actionable insights
- •Ensure methodological quality of all research conducted
Analysis and Reporting
- •Analyze, synthesize, and interpret collected data to identify key user learnings
- •Transform research results into concrete, actionable recommendations for teams
- •Produce clear research deliverables adapted to different audiences: summaries, reports, personas, user journeys, recommendations, etc.
- •Present results to teams and stakeholders and facilitate their adoption
- •Advocate for research-driven convictions and influence product decisions through user insights
Collaboration and Team Support
- •Work daily with Product Managers, Product Designers, UX/UI Designers, business teams, and technical teams
- •Participate in Design Thinking, discovery, and user-centered design phases
- •Design and facilitate collaborative workshops: problem definition, ideation, co-design, prioritization, research restitution
- •Support teams in integrating User Research into their design and decision-making processes
- •Raise awareness among stakeholders about user experience and the importance of user needs
Continuous Improvement
- •Identify improvement opportunities for internal digital products and services based on user data
- •Contribute to establishing a continuous and structured research approach
- •Participate in capitalizing on user knowledge and building a genuine User Research culture within the organization
- •Evolve research practices, methods, and tools based on team needs and product challenges
