Overview
At Xtremax, you'll work on digital products that help public-sector teams deliver better services and make more informed decisions. As a UX Researcher and Service Designer, you'll contribute to a product team building data- and AI-enabled tools, turning complex requirements, workflows, and information into experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and useful.
You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and users throughout the design lifecycle — from understanding problems and gathering requirements through research, information architecture, prototyping, usability testing, and delivery. The role is suited to a designer who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to see their work move from concept to production.
