Overview
This is a fully remote Senior Product Manager role focused on the end-to-end digital experience for commercial fleet and Over-The-Road (OTR) customers. The position sits at the intersection of B2B payments, transaction processing, native mobile applications, and user-centered product design. You will own product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and business outcomes across digital payment platforms and mobile driver experiences.
Responsibilities
- •Own the product strategy, multi-year roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes for core OTR digital payment platforms and native mobile driver experiences.
- •Define and execute product initiatives spanning commercial payments, real-time spend capabilities, virtual cards, cardless payment experiences, and transaction processing.
- •Lead end-to-end product discovery and execution, translating business objectives and customer needs into actionable product roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
- •Partner closely with UX researchers and designers to map customer journeys, improve usability, and create seamless experiences across web and mobile touchpoints.
- •Drive mobile product evolution across native iOS and Android experiences while promoting effective feature parity between web portals and mobile applications.
- •Establish and leverage product metrics, analytics, and executive dashboards to measure adoption, performance, customer outcomes, and progress against strategic OKRs.
- •Use generative AI and AI-driven platforms to accelerate discovery, automate product documentation, analyze behavioral patterns, and evaluate opportunities for intelligent product capabilities.
- •Collaborate with engineering, business, commercial, and executive stakeholders to build alignment around product direction and delivery priorities.
- •Influence strategic decisions through customer insights, market knowledge, competitive analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
- •Mentor and guide product team members on product management practices, strategic thinking, discovery, and execution.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, design, or a related discipline.
- •8+ years of professional experience, including significant ownership of complex digital payment, mobile, or technology product initiatives.
- •Demonstrated experience managing products within B2B payments, commercial card systems, transaction processing, or mobile application ecosystems.
- •Strong understanding of payment rails, real-time spend, virtual cards, transaction settlement, or related commercial payment technologies.
- •Proven experience defining product strategy, establishing multi-year roadmaps, and independently leading complex initiatives through go-to-market.
- •Demonstrated expertise in product metrics, analytics, and OKR-driven product management.
- •Strong experience partnering with UX/UI teams and incorporating customer research, journey mapping, usability, and design-thinking principles into product discovery.
- •Experience with native iOS/Android product lifecycles and web-to-mobile workflow or feature-parity strategies.
- •Advanced proficiency with data and analytics tools used to identify customer behavior, measure product adoption, and inform continuous improvement.
- •Strong ability to influence and align engineering, UX, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
- •Experience with Over-The-Road payments, commercial fleet solutions, cardless fueling, or related transportation payment technologies is preferred.
- •Master's degree in business, product management, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
- •Experience with agentic AI certification or hands-on AI-first product development is advantageous.

- •Base salary range of $125,300 to $154,100, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
