The Team

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results.

The Role

Intrepid is looking for a Video Production Associate / Freelance (Video AI) to support video content creation for our brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

• •Receive briefs from the Brand and SoKAM teams and produce advertising videos aligned with campaign objectives
• •Leverage AI tools to create visuals, characters, animations, and motion elements, combined with video editing techniques to deliver high-quality content
• •Edit and refine videos using professional video editing software, optimizing pacing, audio, and visual effects to capture viewers' attention within the first 3 seconds
• •Ensure video production timelines and output volume are delivered according to the team's plan
• •Research AI, TikTok trends, and advertising formats across FMCG, Beauty, and Fashion to develop and propose creative ideas
• •Collaborate with the SoKAM/Ads team to optimize video content based on actual campaign performance
• •Proactively explore and stay updated on new AI tools, and recommend solutions to improve video production quality and efficiency

Requirements

• •At least 0.5 to 1 year of experience in video editing or production, preferably with experience in AI-generated videos or short-form advertising content
• •Proficiency in at least 1 to 2 popular AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Hailuo, Veo, or Pletor
• •Strong proficiency in CapCut and Adobe After Effects, with a good sense of visual composition, editing rhythm, and storytelling
• •Experience producing video content for TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, or similar platforms is preferred
• •Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate ideas into engaging and effective video content
• •Proactive, creative, eager to learn, and able to stay up to date with the latest AI and video advertising trends
• •Strong time management and project coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure
