Eataly is seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant Manager to support the planning and execution of store-level marketing strategy, including events, education, community relations, and graphics. The role involves managing the in-store Events team, coordinating with corporate marketing and store leadership, managing visual communications and signage, supporting social media efforts, and tracking marketing performance metrics. The position offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$75,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Role
The Marketing Operations Assistant Manager supports the planning and execution of the marketing strategy at the store level, including events, education, community relations, and graphics. This role reports directly to the Area Marketing Operations Manager and functionally to the Director of Store Operations, and manages the in-store Events team.
Responsibilities
•Partners with Area Marketing Operations Manager and Store Director to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to drive awareness, traffic, and sales
•Supports the execution of local marketing initiatives and events in alignment with the store's overall marketing strategy
•Assists in coordinating communication between Corporate Marketing, Store Leadership, and local partners to ensure smooth implementation of national and local marketing programs
•Coordinates in-store visual and communication standards, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines
•Coordinates production and installation of in-store signage, graphics, and event materials as needed
•Contributes to social media efforts by capturing and submitting in-store content for approval and publication
•Assists in planning and logistics for in-store and off-site events, including public and private activations, in partnership with the Events and Store teams
•Supports relationships with local organizations, business partners, and community groups to strengthen brand presence
•Tracks and reports on marketing activities and event performance metrics as directed by the Marketing Operations Manager
•Monitors marketing expenses to help ensure adherence to defined budgets
•Performs other administrative and marketing-related duties as assigned
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred
•2+ years of experience in marketing, with prior managerial experience
•Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
•Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture preferred
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building skills
•Excellent problem-solving and business management skills
•Knowledge of and contacts in the food industry
•Project management skills
•Organizational and time management skills
•Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends, and holidays
•Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000.
