•Experience collaborating directly with software engineers, engineering managers, SREs, and other technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes aligned with a defined strategy.
•Strong critical-path and dependency management skills, including the ability to create complex delivery plans and proactively mitigate risks.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical and program information clearly to audiences ranging from engineering teams to executive leadership.
•Strong technical intuition and the ability to understand engineering challenges well enough to facilitate effective decisions and coordination.
•Experience with cloud platform, SaaS, cost-optimization, or operational-efficiency initiatives is an advantage.
•Familiarity with security and governance programs such as IAM, certification, logging, access elevation, and compliance frameworks such as SOX is a plus.
•Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, provisioning, landing-zone initiatives, or cloud governance is desirable.
•Knowledge of product management principles, AI technologies, and AI-enabled tools that can support program management and operational efficiency is a plus.
