We are looking for an organized and proactive Program Manager to oversee, align, and drive a portfolio of related projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate excels at cross-project coordination, risk mitigation, and clear status reporting for key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• •Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs encompassing multiple concurrent projects and align project goals with broader organizational objectives.
• •Maintain comprehensive program-level Gantt charts and schedules to visualize dependencies, milestones, and critical paths across projects.
• •Continuously track, monitor, and report on the scope, status, budget, and metrics of multiple projects within the program.
• •Proactively maintain the program risk log, identify potential bottlenecks, develop actionable mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed.
• •Serve as the first point of escalation to triage, address, and remove technical or operational blockers for project teams.
• •Prepare and facilitate regular status meetings, executive dashboards, and program reviews to keep cross-functional leaders and team members informed.

Requirements

• •10+ years of experience in project and program management leading complex, multi-project delivery.
• •Strong track record of analyzing risks, triaging dependencies, and resolving cross-team blockers quickly.
• •Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• •Proven ability to break down complex technical blockers, align cross-functional engineers, and drive consensus under tight deadlines.
• •Working experience in the Healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• •PMP or PgMP certification is a plus.
