Job Description
This is a logistics management role at Amentum focused on managing procurement, supply chain operations, and facility logistics in support of national security missions. The position involves overseeing material management, loading dock operations, mail and courier services, and coordinating executive travel while maintaining high security standards and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations.

Essential Responsibilities
•Manage procurement using Simplified Procurements (SP) for acquiring materials and services, aligning with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
•Support executive-level OCONUS travel for customer personnel, including staging and transporting equipment and coordinating medical kits.
•Recommend and implement staffing for logistic operations as per SOW.
•Oversee material management, including receipt, transfer, and storage of supplies, and resolve material discrepancies.
•Supervise loading dock operations and coordinate deliveries, including large office moves and onsite storage maintenance.
•Provide liaison support for copier management, coordinating maintenance and troubleshooting.
•Oversee mail and courier operations, ensuring secure handling of classified and unclassified mail, and coordinate delivery between campuses and Government agencies.
•Interface with personnel from the White House and other agencies, ensuring classified information protection.
•Maintain professionalism and expertise in a high-security environment.
Required Qualifications
•8-10 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management.
•3-5 years in a leadership role.
•PMP, CPL, CML, or equivalent certification.
•Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
Preferred Qualifications
•Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
•Certified CFFM, CAFM, CPFP, or CPSM.
Compensation
$120,000 - $171,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors.
