Essential Responsibilities
•Manages the program to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations including cost, quality, and schedules while maintaining company profit motives.
•Acts as a point-of-contact for all matters relating to the assigned contract, serving as representative between government personnel and the management team.
•Coordinates and/or approves local operating and personnel actions, policies, and procedures within the generalized framework of overall corporate guidelines.
•Responsible for contract administrative functions including safety, security, and labor reporting.
•Ensures adherence to established standards of individual performance and site discipline.
•Manages monetary resources to keep the contract within budget guidelines and meet all budget objectives.
•Provides a high degree of customer satisfaction through quality performance and best-return for their investment.
•Maintains liaison with customer representatives.
•Provides management guidance and control for the efficient utilization of human resources including assignment, performance, morale, and overall welfare.
Required Qualifications
•10 years of experience with large, complex program requirements.
•Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field.
Preferred Experience
•PMP or equivalent certification.
•Certifications in quality control or assurance.
Compensation
$233,000 - $284,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, and applicable agreements.
