HP, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager (Factory Services) based in Singapore. This role leads supply chain capabilities program management across multiple teams aligned to HP's core factory services strategy goals.
Responsibilities
•Lead the supply chain capabilities program management of workstreams across multiple teams including factories, production infrastructure, services customization, and engineering.
•Lead Life Cycle Management improvement programs for Factory Services, developing strategies, goals, overseeing operations, and maximizing efficiencies on operational shipments.
•Develop program plans, milestones, governance structures, budget proposals, and success metrics.
•Coordinate and manage communications with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, establish objectives, and report progress.
•Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation to meet project objectives.
•Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and external suppliers.
•Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to senior management.
•Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
Required Knowledge and Skills
•First level university degree in Engineering or Computer Science related field.
•4-7 years of work experience in supply chain, electronic products manufacturing, or program management related fields.
•Knowledge of high volume and complex PC manufacturing processes, engineering development and implementation, and project planning tools.
•Highly effective communication in both written and oral English and Mandarin.
•Demonstrated maturity and proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance to achieve business goals.
•Experience influencing and managing external partners with self-driven abilities in meeting KPIs.
•Capable of presenting or escalating issues effectively to high-level regional management.
•Understanding of root cause analysis and prevention practices.
•Ability to work cross-functionally across geographies and time zones to build consensus.
