Overview

JLL is seeking an Occupancy Planning Program Manager to play a crucial role in assuring delivery of JLL best practices via Occupancy Planning & Management products, solutions, and tools to real estate clients. This role serves as an account leader for delivery of Occupancy Planning and Management, bringing best practices, industry insight, and thought leadership to the account. The role reports to the APAC Occupancy Planning Lead and is based on-site in Makati, Philippines.

What This Job Involves

• •Act as a trusted advisor to the client, Account Director, and team
• •Foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations
• •Ensure coordination and collaboration among various JLL service lines
• •Create conceptual and detailed layouts, stack plans, and floor plans using AutoCAD and other design tools
• •Ensure high level of execution and client satisfaction for all services performed by the local team
• •Align regional teams and key stakeholders on the Occupancy Planning platform model
• •Think strategically, simplify the complex, see the big picture, and drive results
• •Be proactive and innovative with solutions; thrive on change with an appetite for risks
• •Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems, processes, and client deliverables
• •Plan and manage portfolios and maximize space utilization
• •Review, prepare, and update project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand
• •Report on current supply and capacity
• •Develop objectives and desired results and work with the client to achieve completion
• •Align with delivery team according to client views of successful delivery quality
• •Communicate complex ideas effectively at all levels of leadership
• •Tell a story through data using critical thinking skill sets
• •Create accurate and credible planning reports to support client Corporate Real Estate decision making including space, demand, and utilization tracking
• •Consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentations for clients
• •Create a solution-oriented environment focused on delivering value to the client

Required Experience and Skills

• •5 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in managing occupancy and space management processes across a broad geography in a remote and virtual environment
• •Expert level data analytical skills and mastery of Excel and Google Sheets
• •CAFM system experience
• •AutoCAD experience
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint
• •Experience with implementing flex office, hoteling, and alternative workplace solutions programs
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills including active listening and visual communication
• •Attentiveness to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers and spatial creativity
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, vlookups, and cell calculations

Preferred Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field
• •Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture systems
• •High level of performance in project budgeting and scheduling
• •Business and financial acumen
