Turner & Townsend seeks a Real Estate Project Coordinator to manage multi-discipline pharmaceutical facility projects for a client in Indiana. The role involves overseeing project delivery across design, construction, and occupancy phases, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing budgets and schedules, and leading cross-functional teams. Requires 8-10 years of project management experience, familiarity with pharmaceutical GMP preferred, and on-site presence five days per week.

The purpose of this position is to coordinate individual, multi-discipline real estate project solutions for a pharmaceutical client, with direct accountability for project delivery. The work will include civil, infrastructure, structural, and interior projects in administrative, laboratories, production, and warehouse areas, regulated and non-regulated environments, and plant utility areas.
Some of the work may be in regulated areas such as laboratories, environmentally-controlled areas, and production areas. Familiarity with pharmaceutical good manufacturing practices (GMP) including commissioning processes is helpful but not required.
This role requires on-site presence five days a week at the client's campus in Indianapolis, IN or Lebanon, IN.
