Job Description
LEONI, a global automotive wiring systems supplier, seeks a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects following their Project Management standards. The role involves planning and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources, managing stakeholder communication, tracking KPIs, and driving collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
•Lead cross-functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards, ensuring successful execution from kick-off to completion.
•Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
•Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
•Monitor project KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs, implementing corrective actions when needed.
•Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
•Coordinate communication with stakeholders, project teams, and the Project Steering Committee, escalating issues when required.
•Drive collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous project performance improvement.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Experience in Project Management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
•Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for communication with global teams and customers.
•Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
