Job Description
Guidehouse is seeking an Archibus Technical Project Manager to manage the end-to-end implementation of Archibus modules for the Department of State. The role involves project scheduling, requirements documentation, stakeholder collaboration, user acceptance testing oversight, risk management, and cross-functional team coordination. Requires 5+ years of technical project management experience, ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance, and a Bachelor's degree.
Overview
The Archibus Technical Project Manager will join a dynamic team supporting a global IT systems implementation at the Department of State. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of several Archibus modules, ensuring project milestones are achieved, requirements are clearly defined, and cross-functional collaboration is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Will Do
•Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, deliverables, and timelines for the Archibus Assets and Maintenance modules implementation.
•Work with leadership to develop a global deployment phasing plan and schedule.
•Define and document technical and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
•Facilitate Peer Review and Stakeholder Review process across both Archibus applications.
•Plan, coordinate, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development, execution, issue tracking, and resolution.
•Oversee a multidisciplinary team, facilitating communication and coordination across business units, technical and development teams, communications and training teams, and external stakeholders.
•Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful module deployment.
•Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and project briefings.
•Report milestones and status to internal team members and clients, providing schedule compliance and updates as needed.
Requirements
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Secret security clearance prior to onboarding; active Secret or higher clearance preferred.
•Bachelor's degree, or four additional years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
•Five or more years of experience managing technical projects or software implementations.
Nice to Have
•State Department experience.
•Experience deploying Archibus or a similar IWMS application.
•Experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate Portfolio Operations, and/or Asset Management and Lifecycle Planning.
•ScrumMaster experience.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Experience facilitating stakeholder sessions to capture requirements.
•Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 to $188,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors including skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
