Overview
JLL is seeking a Project Manager / Operations Lead responsible for the safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects across various sites. The role requires ensuring projects are delivered to JLL and client standards in regard to health, safety, quality, cost, and programme, whilst complying as a Principal Contractor with current CDM legislation, including MS18 and CS06 standards.
The PM must be qualified in a related trade such as mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, building fabric, or roofing.

Responsibilities
•Execute projects with potential values between £20k to £5m
•Provide health and safety leadership to site delivery teams and promote behavioural safety improvements
•Support the project risk management process and ensure effective controls are established for safe and timely delivery
•Manage projects in accordance with the NEC3 Framework Contract requirements
•Support project opportunities to realise, maintain and improve commercial project performance
•Play an active lead in the production and risk management of quotations and estimates
•Promote and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships to protect and enhance the company's reputation
•Ensure suppliers, sub-contractors and direct workforce follow company policies including Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Engineering standards
•Work closely with the Senior Design Manager to ensure robust, workable, economic and constructable designs are produced
•Liaise with client Project Managers and appointed consultant Project Managers to ensure compliance with MS18, CS06, current delivery programme and cost plan
•Ensure a high level of service is delivered and develop relationships with key stakeholders
•Ensure projects are delivered to the agreed contract programme
•Ensure works are carried out to high standards complying with relevant British Standards, codes of practice and client standards
•Ensure projects are completed snag and defect free
•Ensure post-completion deliverables such as final accounts and Operation and Maintenance information are delivered within contracted timescales
•Keep SharePoint project status up to date across all projects
•Keep project-related CVR information up to date across all projects
•Clearly communicate work tasks and win the commitment of others to achieving high levels of operational performance
•Build positive relationships with the team and stakeholders
•Project a professional demeanour with colleagues, clients and their customers
Skills and Competencies
•Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

•Good understanding of NEC3 Option C Contracts and other frameworks and supporting project teams in their implementation
•Ability to obtain required levels of security clearance for access to designated client locations
