Job Description
Bosch is seeking an intern for their Controlling department to support business strategy and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves assisting with short-, medium-, and long-term business planning, cost evaluation, product portfolio profitability analysis, and developing digitalization projects using tools like Power Automate and IBM Planning Analytics. The intern will also analyze cost structures and participate in international restructuring projects across multiple locations.
Overview
Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH is looking for a Controlling Intern to gain hands-on experience in global operations, business planning, and digital transformation initiatives within a supportive international environment.
Responsibilities
•Assist the team in short-, medium-, and long-term business planning for a business unit, with a focus on cost evaluation and product portfolio profitability analysis
•Develop your own digitalization project using tools such as Power Automate, IBM Planning Analytics, or advanced Excel capabilities
•Analyze cost structures and help draft measure recommendations for management
•Cooperate on an international restructuring project spanning several global plants and functions
Requirements
•Studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
•Advanced use of Excel and affinity for working with other software and databases
•Strong ability to work with numbers and data, executing tasks autonomously and reliably
•Proactive approach to mastering new skills
•Enthusiasm for automation, digitalization, and process improvement
•Very good command of English or German
Work Setup
•Hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site
•Duration: 4 to 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
•Start date: according to prior agreement
•Enrollment at a university is required
