The role involves setting strategic direction, translating brand strategy into holistic engagement approaches, serving as a senior client partner, and mentoring junior leaders. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in engagement, digital, or omnichannel strategy with proven ability to lead from concept through activation across multiple channels and teams.
