Capital One is hiring Strategy Analyst Graduates for their Nottingham and London offices. This is a permanent full-time graduate role offering £55,500 plus £5,000 joining bonus, starting September 13th, 2027. Candidates must have a STEM or Economics degree with A-Level Maths and strong quantitative skills. The role involves developing strategic recommendations, leading projects, and working across cross-functional teams on various business challenges. The position includes hybrid working (3 days in-office) and rotations across different strategy teams to develop well-rounded analysts.
