Job Description

Regeneron is seeking an Associate Director for Global & US Oncology Marketing Strategy & Operations to lead infrastructure, governance, and performance monitoring for the Solid Tumor Marketing organization. The role involves supporting the VP of Solid Tumor Marketing with strategic initiatives, managing team processes and meetings, developing KPIs, leading special projects, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The position requires 10+ years of biotech/pharma marketing experience and is based in Sleepy Hollow, NY with 4 days on-site and 30-50% travel.

Overview

The Associate Director, Global & US Oncology Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead is responsible for enabling operating infrastructure and supporting effective governance, operational cadence, and coordinating performance monitoring for the Solid Tumor Marketing organization. This role is an integral member of the Solid Tumor Marketing Leadership Team, reporting to the Vice President, Global & US Solid Tumor Marketing.

Location & Travel

•Sleepy Hollow, NY Office 4 days a week
•Ability to travel US and globally as required, 30-50%, including some weekends for conferences and meetings

Responsibilities

•Build Marketing developmental focus areas with VP and execute initiatives to fortify team culture and ways of working
•Maintain platforms and processes that enable team transparency and effective coordination, including central Marketing calendar and budget review processes
•Establish and coordinate workstreams to develop and measure key performance indicators, supporting evolution of analytics and insights reporting in collaboration with brand and Insights & Analytics teams
•Manage recurring Marketing team meeting agendas and logistics, including Monthly Full Marketing Team meetings, Marketing Leadership meetings, and team building initiatives
•Support and lead special projects related to a variety of marketing initiatives
•Develop and support communication efforts within and outside of the Commercial Business Unit
•Support continued evolution of worldwide commercial presence for the product team, including regular communication with key international stakeholders
•Support VP in preparation for senior leadership reporting and presentation forums
•Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with key functional partners across the organization
•Maintain the highest ethical and compliance standards personally and throughout the marketing team
•Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information

Compensation

Salary Range: $157,200 - $256,600 annually. Regeneron offers a competitive total rewards package including annual bonuses, equity awards, 401(k) company match, health and wellness programs, insurance benefits, paid time off, and family support benefits.
