Role Summary
The Global Campaign Marketing Supervisor leads the development, execution, and optimization of integrated global marketing campaigns and always-on content for the Littmann Stethoscope brand. This role partners closely with marketing leaders, area marketers, channel partners, sales teams, digital teams, and external agencies to build brand equity, drive awareness and demand, and ensure consistent execution of the Littmann Stethoscope brand strategy worldwide.
The position provides leadership in setting communication strategies, planning and aligning content to the purchase journey and digital ecosystem, producing content with agency partners, and budget stewardship to support business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- •Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated global marketing campaigns that build brand equity, increase awareness, and drive customer engagement and purchase consideration.
- •Develop and manage always-on and seasonal campaign strategies that engage priority audiences throughout the customer journey and support long-term brand growth, including oversight of the global influencer marketing strategy.
- •Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure global campaign consistency while enabling effective market-level localization and execution.
- •Drive the global execution of integrated marketing programs across influencer, digital, social, email, web, events, sales enablement, and traditional channels to deliver a cohesive brand experience.
- •Establish campaign measurement frameworks, KPIs, and performance dashboards to evaluate effectiveness, generate actionable insights, and communicate business impact.
- •Leverage consumer, market, and performance insights to continuously optimize campaign strategies, audience engagement, and marketing investment recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- •Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 8 years of integrated marketing, campaign marketing, brand marketing, agency account management, or marketing communications.
- •OR High School Diploma/GED AND 12 years of integrated marketing, campaign marketing, brand marketing, or marketing communications.
- •Eight years of experience developing integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned to business and brand objectives.
- •Eight years of experience leading marketing campaigns across the customer journey.
- •Eight years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple markets, regions, and/or audience segments.
- •Experience working within a global and/or matrixed organization and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- •Experience using marketing performance data, KPIs, and ROI analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- •Master's Degree with emphasis in Strategic Communication, Marketing, or Business.
- •Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- •Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- •Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging marketing performance metrics, campaign reporting, and ROI analysis to optimize campaign strategy and effectiveness.
