The position requires 3-5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably in orthopedics or spine surgery, with first management experience and extensive knowledge of the German healthcare system.

In this role you will take on both functional and disciplinary leadership of a sales team of approximately 10 people, placing innovative implant systems in clinics and hospitals while driving strategic customer development and managing Key Opinion Leaders.
West and Central Germany: NRW, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Hesse, Thuringia and Saxony.
Base salary range: 88,600 - 147,700 EUR annually (Duisburg/field-based, 40 hours). In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation including bonus and/or commissions, along with Stryker's comprehensive benefits package.
