Overview
HERO Software is looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to build a strong partner ecosystem, drive strategic cooperations, and increase HERO's visibility among relevant partners, brands, and multipliers. The role is available from October 1, 2026, and can be performed remotely within Germany, with the option to work hybrid from Hannover or Berlin, and includes travel to trade fairs, events, and networks.
Mission
•Actively expand the partnership ecosystem by identifying strategically relevant partners rather than just managing inbound requests.
•Own central partner channels end-to-end, including HERO Business Partners, Brand Partnerships, and Reference Partners.
•Develop scalable partnership formats such as co-events, trade fair cooperations, and other activation formats.
•Qualify new requests in a structured way, prioritize clearly, and develop existing partnerships further.
•Represent HERO at trade fairs, events, and relevant networks, actively building new contacts and turning them into strong partnerships.
•Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the events environment to define suitable formats, partner constellations, and activations.
•Measure the success of partnership formats based on leads, reach, and ROI, and derive concrete recommendations for further development.
Requirements
•Several years of experience in building and developing partnerships, cooperations, or strategic business relationships.
•Structured, self-directed work style with the ability to prioritize between opportunities, ongoing initiatives, and long-term potential.
•Comfort with proactively approaching external partners and a confident, reliable presence.
•Openness to people, ease in networking and event contexts, and the ability to build lasting relationships with relevant partners.
•Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to implementation.
•Ability to translate partnerships into scalable formats and robust processes.
•Good sense for brand, messaging, and clean execution at all touchpoints with external partners.
•Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration with teams from Marketing, Sales, Product, and other stakeholders.
•Data-driven mindset with the ability to clearly communicate results, potentials, and recommendations.
•Willingness to travel to build, deepen, and actively network partnerships on-site.
