Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partner with stakeholders, and attract top talent across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
•Manage the full recruitment cycle: from creating job postings and advertisements to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
•Define candidate requirements and develop job descriptions.
•Gather and analyze labor market data, salary competitiveness, and other factors affecting talent acquisition.
•Conduct interviews and assess candidates for fit with company requirements.
•Manage the onboarding process for new employees and provide ongoing support.
•Develop and implement programs for employee retention and development.
•Advise management on HR matters and personnel policies.
•Maintain recruitment process reports and provide regular updates on recruitment outcomes.
Requirements
•At least 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment or HR role.
•In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and HR management.
•Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business roles.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with candidates and employees.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in high-pressure situations.
•Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools.
•English level: Upper Intermediate or higher.
