Key Responsibilities

• •Source top-tier talent for high-volume Customer Support Services roles through innovative outreach methods
• •Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for diverse English-speaking roles
• •Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for entry-level and mid-senior support roles
• •Maintain a high-quality talent pipeline to meet the rapid hiring demands of BPO clients
• •Act as a primary advisor to candidates, providing guidance and professional support throughout their application process
• •Update and manage candidate data in internal systems with precision and confidentiality
• •Collaborate with the broader team to optimize recruitment strategies for the Customer Support industry

Requirements

• •Native or fluent English (spoken and written)
• •Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• •Current residency in the United Arab Emirates
• •Strong desire to learn the Customer Support Services recruitment sector
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule effectively
