Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a high-quality talent pipeline to meet the rapid hiring demands of BPO clients
•Act as a primary advisor to candidates, providing guidance and professional support throughout their application process
•Update and manage candidate data in internal systems with precision and confidentiality
•Collaborate with the broader team to optimize recruitment strategies for the Customer Support industry
Requirements
•Native or fluent English (spoken and written) required for all candidate interactions
•Valid EU passport (mandatory) to legally work with company partners
•Residency in Argentina required for this specific remote role
