Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global, midsize CRO with over 3,500 experts committed to improving lives through pioneering clinical research. We are seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for senior-level executive positions, including Vice Presidents and above.
Role Summary
The Senior Executive Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, sourcing and attracting top executive talent, and ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive recruitment, a deep understanding of the industry, and a proven track record of successfully placing senior executives in high-impact roles.
Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment Planning
•Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier executive talent.
•Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and define executive role requirements.
Candidate Sourcing, Attraction, and Talent Mapping
•Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging industry contacts, to identify potential candidates.
•Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified executive candidates.
•Develop and implement talent mapping strategies using LinkedIn Talent Insights, direct networking, referral leads, and other sourcing strategies for current and future talent needs.
•Maintain relationships with external top talent at competitors and other targeted companies via networking and relationship building.
Candidate Assessment and Selection
•Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
•Lead the interview process, including initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and reference checks.
Stakeholder Management and Influencing
•Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
•Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for recruitment initiatives.
•Utilize strong influencing skills to advocate for the best candidates and align stakeholders on hiring decisions.
•Negotiate offers and compensation packages with candidates, balancing organizational constraints with candidate expectations.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
•Address and resolve conflicts or disagreements that may arise during the recruitment process.
Candidate Experience
•Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience by managing expectations and providing timely feedback.
•Represent the organization positively to candidates, highlighting the company's culture, values, and opportunities.
Market Intelligence
•Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market dynamics.
•Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
Compliance and Reporting
•Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $113,000 to $225,000 annually in the United States. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
