This is a talent pipeline opportunity for an HR Manager & Personal Assistant role. The position involves managing the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, exits), handling Cyprus immigration and work permit procedures, maintaining employee records in compliance with local labor law, preparing employment documentation, coordinating payroll, managing office procurement, and providing occasional personal assistance to the shareholder. The role requires HR expertise, Cyprus immigration knowledge, and bilingual Greek-English proficiency. Salary ranges from €2,500–€3,500 monthly with performance bonuses and medical insurance.
Overview
We are currently building a talent pipeline on behalf of our client for a potential upcoming HR Manager and Personal Assistant opportunity. This is an expression of interest rather than an immediate appointment. Suitable candidates will be contacted should the opportunity progress.
The role would suit a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable managing a broad range of HR-related responsibilities while also providing occasional support to the shareholder.
Key Responsibilities
•Oversee full employee lifecycle procedures: recruitment support, candidate screening, onboarding, performance review logistics, benefits tracking, and exit management.
•Lead end-to-end foreign employee migration processes, including work permits, residency permits, and official submissions to local migration departments and authorities.
•Maintain precise, organized employee records in strict compliance with Cyprus labor law and local regulatory guidelines.
•Prepare employment agreements, policy documentation, and general HR correspondence.
•Coordinate payroll preparation inputs, social insurance data, and handle staff queries regarding leave and company benefits.
•Oversee basic workplace procurement and coordinate with external vendors regarding office expenses and invoicing.
•Provide light, ad-hoc personal assistance to the shareholder, including schedule coordination and travel and diary arrangements.
•Execute administrative requests with complete confidentiality, tact, and professional discretion.
Requirements
•Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
•Proven experience handling Cyprus immigration and migration procedures including work permits, registration, and residency.
•Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken, is required.
•Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and sound judgment.
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS platforms is an advantage.
