This is an opportunity for an early-career designer to help bring a global brand to life through high-impact physical and digital experiences. The role focuses heavily on print and editorial design, creating everything from event signage and vinyl wraps to flyers and branded materials. It combines strong design fundamentals with practical production expertise, ensuring every asset is visually polished and technically ready for delivery.

Accountabilities
•Create large-format materials including event signage, vinyl and window wraps, booth designs, flyers, and other physical marketing assets for hosted and sponsored events.
•Prepare production-ready files for professional printing with accurate bleed, trim, color modes, dimensions, and vendor specifications using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
•Apply established brand guidelines consistently across physical, print, editorial, and digital touchpoints while contributing to the evolution of visual identity initiatives.
•Use Figma to support layouts, social templates, landing page graphics, and other light digital branding needs while maintaining consistency with print work.
•Partner with events and marketing operations teams to understand venue spaces, dimensions, scale, installation requirements, and production constraints before finalizing designs.
•Work directly with print vendors, review proofs, identify production issues, and resolve potential errors before materials are printed or installed.
•Contribute to new brand initiatives from early concept development through final execution and launch.
•Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately, balancing creative quality with production deadlines and business priorities.
•Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the design and production process, proactively identifying issues before they become costly or time-consuming.
Requirements
•1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience, including relevant internships or apprenticeships.
•A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
•Demonstrated real-world experience with print and editorial design, particularly large-format or event-based materials; a portfolio featuring actual print production work is required.
•Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, which is the most important technical skill for the role, along with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
•Working knowledge of Figma and the ability to support digital design requirements when needed.
•Strong understanding of bleed, trim, color profiles, file preparation, dimensions, proofing, and vendor requirements for large-format printing.
•Strong visual hierarchy, typography, layout, composition, and branding skills, with the ability to maintain quality across both physical and digital formats.
•Curious, hands-on approach to understanding how designs are produced, printed, installed, and experienced in the real world.
•Ability to spot small inconsistencies and production issues before they become expensive or difficult to correct.
•Comfortable handling projects of limited scope independently while learning and applying established standards, processes, and brand guidelines.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, events, operations, and external vendors.
•Comfortable receiving direct feedback, iterating quickly, and continuously improving creative work.
•Based in Mexico.
