A hybrid part-time role combining youth soccer coaching (6.5 hours/week) with local marketing and community growth responsibilities (10-15 hours/week). The position involves coaching soccer classes for ages toddler through 5th grade in Winter Garden, FL, planning local events, managing social media content, building community relationships, and developing enrollment materials. Compensation includes $450/week base salary plus performance-based commissions.
Overview
We are looking for an outgoing, organized, detail-oriented person to help grow our youth soccer programs in the Winter Garden area. This is a hybrid role combining youth soccer coaching with local marketing and community growth coordination. You will be one of the primary points of contact for families, shaping how our programs look, feel, and grow in this area, with real potential to expand into additional locations.
Location: Hybrid - work from home plus on-site coaching in Winter Garden, FL (Waterleigh and Hamlin neighborhoods)
Schedule: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week
Compensation: $450/week base salary plus performance incentives
What You'll Do
Coaching (approximately 6.5 hours per week)
•Coach youth soccer classes for ages toddler through 5th grade in the Hamlin and Waterleigh neighborhoods of Winter Garden
•Scheduled coaching times: Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30-6:45 PM, and Saturdays 8:30-10:45 AM
•Deliver fun, well-run, and safe class experiences that reflect well on the program
•Serve as a friendly, familiar face that parents trust and enjoy interacting with
Local Marketing and Community Growth (approximately 10-15 hours per week)
•Plan and run local events such as open houses, demo days, and community pop-ups to drive enrollment
•Build relationships with parents, schools, and local partners in the Winter Garden area
•Own local social media content and promotion including photos, videos, and event coverage
•Help develop and polish enrollment materials, signage, and program presentation
•Track and report on key metrics including inquiries, event turnout, and enrollment conversions
•Identify opportunities to grow into new locations as the program expands
Who We're Looking For
•Someone naturally at ease in front of people including parents, kids, and crowds
•A genuine people person who enjoys being the face of something and making it shine
•Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to juggle events, materials, and follow-ups
•Comfortable balancing structured coaching time with more independent, self-directed marketing work
•Must be available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (4:30-6:45 PM) and Saturday mornings (8:30-10:30 AM)
•Ability to speak English plus Spanish or Portuguese is preferred but not required

Compensation and Growth
•Base pay: $450 per week for the approximately 20 hour per week role
•Commission: $20-$60 for each new player who enrolls, plus additional commission for helping launch new locations
•Option to add 5-10 additional coaching hours per week depending on availability
