The role involves developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for their portfolio of festivals and events, managing social media content, coordinating with artists and cross-functional teams, and supporting on-site marketing activations. The position requires 2+ years of marketing experience, deep knowledge of electronic dance music culture, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel to events. Based in Calabasas, CA with regular travel required.

Insomniac Events is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Festival Marketing team. This role plays a key part in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support our portfolio of festivals and branded events. Working closely with cross-functional teams, artists, and external partners, the Marketing Coordinator helps bring campaigns to life while ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
This position reports to the Director of Festivals and is based in our Calabasas, CA office, with regular travel to on-site event locations as needed. This is not a remote position.
The expected compensation for this position is $21.60 USD - $27.00 USD hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
