Overview

Pfizer is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (区域市场经理) to drive regional marketing strategy execution, KOL management, and cross-functional collaboration within the sales and marketing organization.

Responsibilities

• •Deeply understand the regional market; collaborate with regional business leads and sales management teams to develop targeted quarterly business plans with region-specific strategies
• •Track and evaluate the execution of regional promotional activities, including quality, frequency, and KPIs, to continuously improve promotional efficiency
• •Build and manage a regional KOL network; regularly visit KOLs and develop regional strategic speakers; co-create region-specific platforms to advance strategy and persona implementation
• •Conduct joint field visits with MICS, DM, and RM to coach and ensure execution of product strategy and delivery of key product messages
• •Regularly organize product knowledge and strategy training sessions to elevate team professional standards
• •Communicate and coordinate the execution of central marketing department projects; provide timely regional feedback
• •Manage expense budgets clearly; apply for cross-regional meetings, corporate funds, and similar resources
• •Prepare and conduct internal and external sales meetings and expert meetings; consolidate and promptly communicate various internal and external information
• •Ensure all daily sales activities comply with company policies, industry guidelines, and applicable laws, including but not limited to FCPA and relevant anti-corruption laws in mainland China; maintain integrity, transparency, and a clean compliance record
