Overview
The Multifamily Marketing Manager is responsible for elevating the prospect and resident experience across a portfolio of multifamily communities by developing engaging marketing initiatives, creating meaningful resident experiences, and supporting onsite teams with best-in-class branding and communication. This role bridges marketing, hospitality, and customer experience to ensure every interaction with the brand reflects excellence.
The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, passionate about customer experience, and well-versed in today's digital marketing landscape. They are comfortable creating content, managing social media platforms, training onsite teams, and utilizing multifamily technology to improve the overall customer journey.
Prospect & Resident Experience
- •Champion a hospitality-first approach to the customer journey, from first impression through lease renewal.
- •Develop and implement resident engagement initiatives that strengthen community culture and resident satisfaction.
- •Create marketing campaigns supporting resident events, move-in experiences, referrals, renewals, and community programming.
- •Partner with onsite teams to identify opportunities that enhance both the prospect and resident experience.
Social Media & Content Creation
- •Develop and execute portfolio-wide social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- •Create engaging content calendars showcasing community lifestyle, resident experiences, local partnerships, and team culture.
- •Produce graphics, presentations, flyers, and marketing collateral using Canva.
- •Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital best practices.
- •Coach and support onsite teams in creating authentic, brand-aligned local content.
Brand & Marketing Support
- •Maintain consistent brand standards across all communities and marketing materials.
- •Support website updates, marketing collateral, signage, email campaigns, and digital assets.
- •Assist with new community launches, rebrands, and marketing initiatives.
- •Ensure all communications reflect the company's voice and customer experience standards.
Reputation & Customer Engagement
- •Lead online reputation management initiatives by developing training programs, sharing best practices, and creating innovative strategies that encourage exceptional resident experiences and positive reviews.
- •Monitor reputation metrics and resident feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that enhance the overall customer journey.
Technology & Systems
- •Serve as the Canva subject matter expert by supporting platform implementation, developing brand-compliant templates, and delivering training and ongoing guidance to onsite teams.
- •Manage and optimize community digital presence, including Google Business Profiles, online directories, website content, and digital listings.
- •Monitor Google Business performance, local search trends, and customer engagement metrics.
- •Leverage Knock CRM to support communication strategies, customer engagement initiatives, and marketing campaigns throughout the prospect and resident lifecycle.
- •Utilize Yardi to analyze community performance, resident insights, and operational data that support marketing initiatives.
- •Work with digital marketing partners to support website optimization, SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and other digital initiatives.
- •Evaluate emerging marketing technology, AI tools, and resident engagement platforms to identify innovative solutions.
Collaboration
- •Partner closely with Operations, Regional Managers, and Community Managers to deliver consistent brand experiences.
- •Provide marketing guidance and resources to onsite teams.
- •Coordinate with photographers, designers, vendors, and community partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- •Support training on branding, social media best practices, and customer experience standards.
Compensation
The compensation for this position is $80,750.00 - $95,000.00.
