Weekday is hiring a Catalogue Performance Marketing Specialist on behalf of one of its clients. This is a full-time role based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India with a salary range of 20 LPA and requires 4+ years of experience.
As a Catalogue Performance Marketing Specialist, you will manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta's advertising ecosystem, with a strong focus on product catalogues, dynamic product ads, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimisation. You will work closely with creative, product, ecommerce, and business teams to translate commercial objectives into measurable paid-media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across acquisition, retargeting, catalogue sales, and conversion objectives.
ā¢Manage and optimise Meta product catalogues and catalogue-based advertising campaigns.
ā¢Develop strategies for Dynamic Product Ads and personalised product retargeting.
ā¢Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, bids, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
ā¢Analyse key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue.
ā¢Develop audience strategies across prospecting, remarketing, lookalike, and high-intent customer segments.
ā¢Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging, products, and campaign formats.
ā¢Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, formats, and product-focused creatives.
ā¢Identify underperforming products, campaigns, audiences, and catalogue segments and implement corrective actions.
ā¢Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
ā¢Collaborate with ecommerce, product, analytics, and business teams to align marketing activity with revenue objectives.
