Tahaluf is the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia by space, attendance, colleagues, and revenue. It is a joint venture between Informa PLC, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), and the Events Investment Fund (EIF).

Tahaluf runs a series of record-breaking events including LEAP, Cityscape, Black Hat MEA, and CPHI Middle East. The company is bold, visionary, and determined to make an impact on the global events sector.

Please note this is a 6 month contract role. It can be performed remotely. Relocation or sponsorship support is not available.

Role Summary

As Investor Relations and Program Manager, you will be responsible for bringing onboard influential, powerful, and globally-recognised investors to the CPHI and BioMed investor programme. Your KPIs will be aligned to recruiting the best investors from around the world and the assets under management they represent.

Key Responsibilities

• •Research and identify globally high-profile and regionally influential investors across multiple platforms
• •Cultivate ongoing relationships with prospective and confirmed investors throughout the year via virtual and in-person meetings
• •Maintain and update a daily investor database for tracking and data purposes
• •Work with the logistical operations team to ensure Tier 1 investors are well looked after regarding flights, accommodation, and transport
• •Keep confirmed investors informed about key event details such as badge collection, app downloads, and venue location
• •Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure confirmed investors' bios and pictures are featured on the website and well publicised
• •Liaise with the conference production team to identify investor-related topics and assist with speaker onboarding and handover to relevant producers
• •Help shape investor forums, talks, panels, and investor programme content
• •Contribute new ideas and topics for conferences, features, webinars, and content based on onboarded investors
• •Ensure onboarded investors are high quality and the firms they represent are high value

Requirements

• •Experience in conference production and/or event management is preferred; intensive training is offered for outstanding candidates
• •A keen interest in the global investment ecosystem and its latest developments
• •Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic AI text and image generating tools
• •Commercial awareness and brand and market awareness
• •Strong research skills with a detail-oriented approach
• •Copywriting and marketing skills
