TalentReach is hiring on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex enterprise systems initiatives across finance, customer, and business operations platforms.

This is a highly technical program leadership role for someone who can confidently partner with architects and engineering teams while driving cross-functional execution across multiple business-critical initiatives. This is not a project coordinator or status-reporting role. We are looking for a technically fluent program leader who understands enterprise architectures, system integrations, and data flows, and who can proactively identify risks, drive decisions, and keep large transformation programs moving forward.

About the Opportunity

You will help lead a portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives that span ERP modernization, billing systems, CRM integrations, customer data platforms, and enterprise data governance. Working closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, and external implementation partners, you will ensure technical decisions are well understood, dependencies are managed, and complex programs stay aligned from planning through delivery.

What You'll Do

• •Lead cross-functional enterprise technology initiatives from planning through execution
• •Coordinate large-scale ERP, CRM, billing, and enterprise systems implementations
• •Develop and maintain a clear view of program status, dependencies, risks, milestones, and decision points
• •Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders to drive technical execution
• •Participate in architecture, integration, and technical design reviews while helping teams navigate complex decisions
• •Identify cross-system dependencies and proactively manage program risks
• •Produce concise executive updates, decision briefs, and program communications for both technical and non-technical audiences
• •Facilitate collaboration across internal teams, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners
• •Establish efficient operating rhythms that improve visibility while minimizing unnecessary meetings
• •Ensure technical decisions are documented, communicated, and successfully executed
• •Help remove blockers and keep enterprise transformation initiatives on schedule

Required Qualifications

• •Proven experience leading complex enterprise technology programs as a Technical Program Manager or similar role
• •Experience delivering enterprise systems implementations involving ERP, CRM, billing, finance, or data platforms
• •Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data flows
• •Experience working with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, billing platforms, or similar business systems
• •Ability to understand data models, technical architecture, and integration designs while effectively collaborating with engineers and architects
• •Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple technical and business stakeholders
• •Excellent organizational, analytical, and risk management skills
• •Outstanding written communication with the ability to summarize complex technical programs for executive leadership
• •Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable operating independently in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• •NetSuite implementation or re-implementation experience
• •Experience with subscription billing, CPQ, or enterprise billing platforms
• •Experience with enterprise data governance or data catalog platforms
• •SaaS or high-growth technology company experience
• •Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, and enterprise integration platforms
• •Experience partnering with system integrators on large implementation programs
