Fiserv is seeking a VP of Finance, EMEA Business CFO to serve as the senior finance partner for their EMEA business segment. This role involves end-to-end ownership of financial performance and P&L, including planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will lead a geographically diverse finance team, drive business performance through financial analysis, maintain strong financial discipline and governance, and champion improvements in finance processes and systems.

About the Role
The VP of Finance, EMEA Business CFO is the senior finance partner to an EMEA business segment, with end-to-end ownership of financial performance and the P&L. Working closely with the business leader and functional teams, this role drives planning, performance, investment decisions, and profitable growth while ensuring strong financial discipline and governance. The role also champions improvements in finance processes, systems, data, and reporting.
What You Will Do
•Act as the primary finance partner to the business leader and leadership team
•Own the P&L, including revenue, operating income, cash flow, investment returns, and delivery against plan
•Lead planning, forecasting, monthly performance reviews, and multi-year strategic planning
•Drive business performance through insightful analysis, clear reporting, and strong accountability
•Partner with commercial, product, technology, and operations leaders on growth, pricing, investment, productivity, and resource allocation
•Maintain strong financial discipline across costs, headcount, capital expenditure, working capital, and the balance sheet
•Lead improvements in finance processes, systems, data, and reporting to increase efficiency, transparency, and decision-making effectiveness
•Lead and develop a geographically diverse finance team
•Partner across Finance and other functions to ensure alignment, governance, and timely resolution of issues
•Maintain a strong control environment and meet relevant accounting, regulatory, board, and company requirements
•Lead strategic analysis and transformation initiatives that improve business and finance performance
What You Will Need to Have
•Significant finance leadership experience with ownership of a business P&L
•Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with senior business leaders
•Experience leading planning, forecasting, performance management, and investment decisions
•Proven ability to lead teams and influence across a complex, matrixed organisation
•Experience driving process, systems, data, or finance transformation initiatives
•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
•High standards of integrity, accountability, and financial governance

•Experience in payments, financial services, technology, or another complex, regulated industry
•Professional finance or accounting qualification
