This is a high-output design role supporting the Marketing team. You will be responsible for the visual strategy and execution of everything from sales collateral and product demo videos to mainstage event visuals. The team's differentiator is taste — we don't settle for good enough on any project, regardless of size. You need the ability to take a technical concept and immediately improve the look and feel through quick, decisive design changes. You will be expected to learn the HR tech industry and the product deeply to represent it accurately and creatively.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $73,000 USD - $109,400 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $69,300 USD - $123,100 USD
This role may also be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants.
